Our strong social appraisal skill across a range of sectors informs programming that delivers outcomes for the poor – in particular women and excluded groups. We use social analysis to inform practical strategies for projects, organisations, and government institutions.
The Development Pathways Specialists have worked with microfinance institutions, think tanks and donors to advise on innovative and feasible solutions for payment transfer mechanisms, innovative microfinance plus solutions, inclusive financial services, and financial education.
Development Pathways Specialists have strong cross-cutting design and delivery skills for research and appraisal; programme planning and design; monitoring and evaluation (including development of logframes). Our Specialists have a strong background in both quantitative analysis, qualitative and participatory analysis, designing M&E systems, and research.
