Project Details: Development Pathways undertook a capacity needs assessment of the monitoring and evaluation system on Ghana’s LEAP cash transfer programme. With the Ernst and Young team, we undertook a series of consultations both in central and local government as well as a literature review. A final assessment of the LEAP programme was produced, with Pathways leading on the M&E chapter.
