Senior Financial Inclusion and Payments Specialist

Sarah leads our Financial Inclusion and Payment Solutions (FIPS) team. Her main areas of expertise include Government-to-Person (G2P) payments, digital financial services plus (DFS+), payment system law and regulation, AML/CFT, consumer protection, procurement support and financial inclusion. She has worked with public and private sector clients to digitise social protection payments for several large social protection schemes in Africa, Asia and the Caribbean. She has a particular interest in the human-rights based approach to the provision of payment services.
