Aid Effectiveness Advisor for the Cambodia Development Support Unit

Leigh is the Aid Effectiveness Advisor at the Australian Embassy in Phnom Penh. With over 17 years of experience in international development, he has worked with UNDP in Nepal, the World Bank in Timor-Leste, and advised ministries in Myanmar, focusing on development finance and aid coordination. Leigh holds a Master’s in International Development. Outside of work, he enjoys Brazilian jiu-jitsu, running half marathons, and spending time with his family.
