We are excited to announce that registrations for Development Pathways’ Online Training Course have officially launched!
Development Pathways regularly provides training courses and capacity building to a wealth of governments, development partners’ staff, NGO representatives, practitioners, and academics in social protection, all around the world. As one of the leading actors in social protection, Development Pathways provides unique evidence and experience on how social protection schemes can be effective and uphold principles of dignity and non-discrimination.
This online interactive course, which will take place from the 1st of February to the 15th of April 2022, has been carefully constructed by world renowned social protection experts, bringing together their experience of engaging with policymakers and various development actors and agencies, to gain commitment towards investments in inclusive lifecycle social protection schemes.
We provide an interactive and empowering approach to learning. Plenary sessions on key topics will be accompanied by group work, exercises and games in which participants arrive at answers themselves. This also provides an opportunity to build global networks and access the insights of other participants. By the end of the interactive training course, participants will be able to effectively design a social protection system and make the case for increased investment, while incorporating dignity into the equation in their countries, organisations and at an international scale.
